I love the formula of this mascara. It gives me exactly what I need. The most important thing being holding that curl. I haven’t found any mascara that can curl my lashes without help of a curling tool. But most will weigh lashes down or flake in couple of hours. This one doesn’t curl lashes on its own but once it’s on, it stays. The formula is black and it coats evenly. All mascaras should come in a squeezy tube I think. It enables you to move the product around. I am not a fan of thick spidery lashes atm. I am looking for length and staying power. This gives me just that, it’s perfect. (more…)
Hope you are all well. In the past few weeks, I have been feeling unmotivated when it comes to trying new things. Still looking for a good daytime/night moisturiser/treatment that’s suitable during pregnancy. Everything I have tried so far were alright, nothing that makes me want to repurchase or talk about really. So no retinol. Not too many essential oils, or heavily scented. I am sensitive to glycolic acid and salicylic acid. I am considering good genes from Sunday Riley, it’s ridiculously priced but my skin reacted well with lactic acid (that was not nearly as concentrated as in good genes) in the past. I am just not sure if it’s going to work at the moment. Have you tried it? How did your skin fare? Also, does it really smell bad? (more…)
It’s been a while since I put up a favorites post. These little things have made my everyday a little easier, brighter and I have to tell you. Let’s start with the most exciting one for me –
Woohoo, It’s that time again! I am in love with everything in this roundup. Starting from my favorite of all -GHD Platinum Straightener.
Oskia renaissance cleanser is really one of its kind, definitely a keeper. It has kept my acne prone, dehydrated skin in check.. along with Balance Me Congested Skin Serum. This serum is light on application, much like La Roche Posay’ Effaclar Duo with a strong dose of ecaluptus. I haven’t quite found a moisturiser to complete the ritual.
